Pomegranate Bourbon Cocktail

A delicious, sweet and tart cocktail made with pomegranate syrup and bourbon. This is the perfect drink to enjoy on a warm summer evening!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Just Pomegranate Syrup 
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • Orange rind for garnish

Instructions

  • In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, bourbon, Just Pomegranate Syrup, lemon juice and Aperol.
  • Close the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled, 2 minutes. Double strain the cocktail into a cocktail coup.
  • Garnish with orange rind and serve immediately.
